How to distinguish between Recruitment jobs and Team jobs

➢ Recruitment jobs

The recruitment jobs are the recruitment information released when the projects are about to start or is ongoing, which are initiated by the PMs to recruit supplier resources for some projects. Once the team jobs are published, the team jobs will be displayed on the Job Square page of our DataPlus crowd-sourcing platform.

The recruitment jobs only require registration without any execution. After the recruitment jobs are approved, you need to wait for the PMs to issue the job or communicate offline according to the demands.

The PMs will set the conditions for recruitment jobs according to the project requirements, such as medal requirements, previous project experience requirements, uploading samples, etc.

When the teams meet the job requirements, the team leaders can register according to the prompts by submitting relevant information and wait for the PMs’ review. For the approved team, the team leaders can see the contact information of the PMs on the job page. Please contact the PMs in time. If the teams does not meet the medal requirements, you can go to the training college according to the prompts to obtain the medal and meet the registration requirements.

➢ Team jobs

The team jobs are the ones published when the projects are in progress with large data volume requiring suppliers to join in it. Once the team jobs are published, the team jobs will be displayed on the Job Square page of our Dataplus crowd-sourcing platform.

The team jobs require the leaders to enter the job details to receive the jobs, and then team leaders assign to their team members.Your team members can't get jobs directly but can only do it after being assigned by the team leaders.

The PMs will set the conditions for receiving formal jobs according to the project requirements, such as medal requirements, trial jobs, etc. The trial jobs are divided into machine audit and manual audit. Results will be available within 2 working days for manual audit jobs and immediately for machine audit jobs after trial work submission.The team leaders can see the contact information of the PMs on the job page after the trial jobs are passed . Then please contact the PMs in time.
