When officially cooperating, the Project Manager (hereinafter referred to as PM) will initiate online orders for each job. These orders must be confirmed by the team leader on the platform.-How does the team leader confirm online orders?
Once the data is deemed qualified, the PM will initiate the settlement process. Then the team leader's required to confirm the settlement amount on the platform. After that, the Dataplus team will double review your settlement confirmation.
Upon approval of the settlement, the team leader is required to initiate a withdrawal request on the platform. The withdrawal results can be monitored through the platform or received via email. -How does the team leader initiate the withdrawal?
# This article focuses on the second step, how the team leader confirms the online settlements.
# ➢ We have the following two ways to inform you that you have settlements to confirm:
1. The settlement confirmation notice will be sent to the team leaders via email. Please confirm the settlement in time. If the settlement has not been confirmed, the system will send an email notification to the team leader every 48 hours.
2. Notifications of settlement confirmation will also be displayed on the Updates section of your Dashboard.
# ➢ Please follow these steps to confirm your settlement:
1. Enter the finance page of workspace and click Settlement.
2. Click on Confirm to verify the settlement.
3. If your settlement information is correct, click Submit. Dataplus will review the settlement within 5-7 business days.
