How do you retrieve a password lost

1. Please visit the home page of Dataplus and click Login at the top-right of corner.
2. Then click Forgot Password.
3. Fill in your email address , and then you will receive a verification code after you click Get Code.
4. Last, you can set up a new password.

Note your password must meet the following requirements:

• Be 8-32 characters long
• Contain at least 1 number
• Contain at least 1 upper case letter
• Contain at least 1 lower case letter
• Contain one of the following special
• characters：@#!$%&+=-_
